We tell those who attend the trainings that they need to have a big why if they want to have the energy, the motivation, and the vitality to make their dreams come true. And when they do not, we offer them the Intentionality Pattern and enable them to meta-state themselves 5 to 7 times to find or to create their big why. Well, what about us as a community? Do we have a big why? What about you as a trainer, do you have a big why? If someone asked, “Why do you do what you do?” What would you say? Would you be able to quote your big why and our Neuro-Semantic Big Why?

First, The What Given that what we have is a Communication Model—that describes how we humans think, communicate, make sense of things, create our inner models of reality and then commission our bodies to embody those understandings and make them our way of being in the world, what do we have and why is that important?
