Because each time we, as Neuro-Semanticists, train people we change frames not only from participants minds, but from the culture they live in. This means we change cultural frames and that implies that we influence the belief system that govern the way a society does things in general, of course with all kind of exceptions that we can find in a whole society. This raises the question How do we handle things when a group is aware of their cultural frames which they live in — their blink spots?

While there is no one right answer for this question because the answer could go in many different directions, these are some of the ones I recommend:.

1) Detection of Limiting Frames. You could detect some of the cultural frames they are living in and through by gathering their comments and questions. Once you have a sense of the cultural frames, you can start providing some examples of the different kind of limiting frames that prevent them from being their very best and from having heathy relationships whit others as individuals and as groups.
