I want to share my experience during the trainers’ training this year in Grand Junction Colorado because I heartily believe this could help you as a reference to inspire you getting back to NSTT, or raising your hand for the Master Track next time there's an opportunity at Trainers’ Training.
The first thing to share with you about these wonderful experience, is when Michael and Colin send to the Leadership Team the invitation to step into the Master Trainer Track, I was very exited to be there, having new and more challenge learnings. So I raised my hand and asked to be part of the new candidates for the Master Trainer Certification.
