There are numerous steps in the process of becoming an effective trainer. And one of them is the art of refinement. This describes the artistry of a trainer to keep refining one’s presentation until it becomes smooth, elegant, and timely. Yet a long time before you reach that stage, there are lots of fundamentals to get right first.

For example, first you have to develop your basic presentation skills that enable you to deliver a particular training like NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and APG. These are the core competencies that we focus on at NSTT: group rapport, engagement, framing, state induction, spatial anchoring, expansive use of your voice, and presenting to what, why, how, and what-if. If you are not able to present with these basic skills, people will have a hard time understanding what you are talking about and how to use that information to improve the quality of their lives— the whole point of training.
