My Exprience as a Neuro-Semanticist At the NLP Leadership Summit in Alicante 2018
I thought that the Summit was great and here’s why. We were together with many of the Leaders (including ourselves) who care deeply about the future of NLP and the public identity that NLP has, and still needs to develop (one of the main purposes of the Leadership Summit).

All of the above make a lot of sense if we want to contribute on a large scale and to have the necessary recognition worldwide to play a relevant role as change agents as a community, not only as individuals (The NLP community). What did I found and did experience:
- A strong desire to function as a community. I could sense that by the attitudes and behaviors that most of the participants emboded.
- It was remarkable and a key factor for this to be the “psychological environment,” the leadership and facilitation of Heidi and Michael as humbleness invited humbleness and was is a key factor to open up the space to have real conversations.
- A discrete sense of “not knowing” and the willingness to allow everybody to “have a voice.
