In Neuro-Semantic Hall (2018, 2019, 2020), we recognize that to become resilient, it is necessary that you understand, manage, and activate your powers to take the initiative to act responsibly and proactively. Our mind-functions are based on four powers: the way we think, the way we talk to ourselves and others, the feelings we create based on our thoughts and language, and how we act to perform. Owning your powers means that you recognize and accept your “response-ability” with confidence to create a sense of achievement.

There are many ways people give away their powers to excuses and other priorities that end competing with their time and energy, resulting in personal sabotage. They give up and end up believing that something externally determines their life destiny. Often, the current reality becomes familiar, so why bother to change if they are not capable of discovering solutions?
