NLP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT REFLECTIONS

Neuro-Semantics Trainers,

It is my pleasure to write to you and share some of the great experiences I had with my colleagues Michael, Germaine, Omar, Mohammed and Gilles in Alicante Spain. As Michael mentioned in the email he just sent a few days ago, I was, in one hand delighted to share the same room and tables with some of the Giants of NLP as Frank Pucelik, Robert Dilts, Tim Halbom, Lucas Derks, Shelle Rose Charvet, John McWhriter and the list can go on and on. And at the same time I was really surprised on how vague were some of the interventions from some Master Trainers of NLP. Somehow that was very shocking to me.

And stepping back about all the process and time we spent together: all the meetings we had, all the commitments and committees we created with tasks—none of that was part of my expectations. And in addition I think with a good facilitation process and great facilitators as Michael Hall and Heidi Heron, we can build the right spirit to create something much, much bigger than us alone.
