Let me share with you my experience in the last three NSTT. Over the past three years I began the Master Trainer Track pathway. The decision of getting into that pathway was not easy because it meant sacrificing time with my family, investing money, and in investing time my income was reduced. However this has been one of the most important and wise decisions I ever made.

Why it has been so wise and important? Three years ago, participating as the team leader among the team leaders in the Meta-Coaching Certification (2011), I did the exercise of writing my 5-year vision. What I set as a goal was to be working as an International Trainer and Coach.

Three years after I proposed that goal for myself, I am today traveling every month to different countries from the America Continent and, at least once a year, I travel to a country outside America to deliver training and to implement coaching programs for people in nearly all of the countries I have visited.
