I have been working as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer in my own business for four years now, which isn’t a very long time, but I have been thinking about what's necessary to make this into a long term or lifetime work for me. Since too many talented trainers either don't do trainings after Trainers’ training or go out of business for different reasons I wanted to identify some of the differences between trainers that thrive in business and the trainers who just survive or go out of business. The lifeblood of any business is making enough money to stay in business long term, even more so if the business is to grow and be a successful enterprise.

This is what I have identified to make long term success possible so far and I am working on developing all of them in myself. I would love to hear your input on what I have missed or need to update or add. A Professional Trainer . . .
