Clearing up the troubling emotions is first on Day 2, after that comes clearing up the concepts (paradigms, higher level understandings, philosophies, etc.). There’s a reason for that. It’s because not only can we have a bad relationship with emotions, we can have a bad relationship with an idea. An Idea can bother us and stop us from accessing our personal genius state. As you begin, engage your group by talking about concepts that you have personally had troubles with. When I do this, I talk about “money,” “getting rich,” “selfishness,” “manipulation,” etc. What concept will you share that you struggled with and then meta-stated so that it got reframed and you got free? When you do this, toss out a menu list of lots of concepts that “push people’s buttons.” There’s a list in the manual that you can begin with. As you do, watch and see who reacts (has a semantic reaction) to different words and concepts.
