If it was easy to take Neuro-Semantics to the business world we’d all be able to do it and do it easily and unfortunately, we are not. In the large majority of cases our Neuro-Semantic Trainers are not taking Neuro-Semantics to the business sector.

Why? In part, I have addressed a number of the reasons why in my earlier posts on taking Self- Leadership (APG) to corporates. What I have found when speaking to several Neuro-Semantic Trainers when I am traveling abroad, a common reply statement they make is the program is not suited to the business world and it’s not easy to make the content relevant to executives. They say it’s not appropriate to send executives out to run patterns on one another and they would have problems with doing that, especially if they are not getting on with one another.

In part I agree. We do need to modify the program to make it relevant to an executive business team and we also need to reword some of the patterns as well as how it’s presented. Again, I have addressed these topics in my earlier posts on the subject so do have a look over these.
