REVISITING THE BENCHMARKS

I recently had the experience of revisiting the trainers’ benchmarks during an exceptional NSTT in Egypt. While I didn’t deliver a full presentation myself, in this writing piece, I would like to present a different perspective I had as a benchmarker and how I found the benchmarks being a great tracking tool for us, not just as trainers but also as speakers in different contexts.
