"You have a very effective structure for teaching. You are a gifted teacher." This comment came from one of the participants of a 75-minute online presentation which I did for an international and start-up online training platform based in Southeast Asia. It was my first online presentation to an international audience about Coaching Leadership. It was also my first presentation after my long period of recovery as a survivor of critical stage COVID-19. Given that background, when I was told minutes before the start of the presentation that we were expecting 1000 participants, I experienced a whirlwind of online stage fright, content overwhelm, and lack of centeredness.

Do I have enough content for a 75-minute presentation? Or is too much? Do I have a powerful opening or a wimpy one? Can I bring my content down to their real-life and day-to-day situation?\ Or will it be another nice-to-know-but-has-no-relevance-in-my-life lecture?
