When it comes to the new Associated Certified Professional Facilitator (ACPF) for managers in organizations and business owners, if they have to become professional coaches in order to effectively use coaching as a methodology for manage and leading—then there is no need for ACPF. We just send them to ACMC and PCMC and be done with it.
