One of the things we learn to do in NSTT is to set frames frequently during our trainings. Although you might set some strong frames about timing, discipline, following procedures, etc., and any way your group can behave as a mess. What is needed in those cases? Why framing seams not powerful enough some times?

This has been one of my most amazing learning’s as a Trainer in the last two years. I have found that many times I have set some strong and clear frames to the group, especially about managing time during the breaks and practices, keeping order in the room, etc., and the group seams to understand those frames the very first day, and then they forget them completely. And if I do not act quickly, for the third or fourth day is going to be a mess.
