In Neuro-Semantics we know the value of feedback. We know it is the tool that allows us to have accelerated learning to integrate new skills. Likewise we value modeling as a way to learn and develop skills from other Trainers and colleagues. Both tools are invaluable to learn fine skills very quickly. These details give us mastery skills.

A week ago Michael, Ivan Robles and my self were training in the first segment of “Coaching Mastery” in Mexico City. During those 4 days I became aware of some of my blind spots as Trainer and therefore my opportunities areas to grow.

I have been training NLP and Neuro-Semantics over 10 years. I have been training the Meta- Coach System the last 3 years (module 3). Last year I accredited the level of Master Trainer in Hong Kong. I thought I had integrated the core skills and I was sure I was demonstrating them naturally in each presentation at the front, from the first hours of the first day.
