THE MASTER TRAINER TRACK

I have not spoken much about the Master Trainer track even though we set that professional track up in 2004 and 2005 when NSTT was in the Gold Coast and then in South Africa.

I have not spoken much about the Master Trainer track even though we set that professional track up in 2004 and 2005 when NSTT was in the Gold Coast and then in South Africa. At that time, the one and only person whose ears tingled and who perked up was Colin Cox. Somehow it spoke to him and as in the days when he set his mind for becoming New Zealand’s “Strongest Man,” Colin set out to meet the criteria. And given that he had been training for years and years, studying learning and how to accelerate it, committing himself to the practice of NLP and most especially, applying to self, he reached it in 2005 as the first Master Trainer.

Today Omar Salom is completing that process and several others have recently raised their hands to enter into that track, Lena Gray, Cheryl Lucas, Lene Fjellheim, and some others. We detailed some of the criteria and requirements for this at the Leadership Summit in San Francisco (January 2010). The following is what we came up with at that time.
