How many people would you want on your first Neuro-Semantic training before you’d undertake to deliver it? 10 people, 20, 30 or more? Are you mentally better geared to present to large groups only? Is it too demeaning for you to train a small group of 2 or 3 people?

These are the questions I personally have had to address at some stage in the development of my career as an Neuro-Semantic Trainer. I‘ve asked myself many times, this question: How many people need to attend a training, before I am willing to deliver it?

Now I’d like you to ask that question and the others I’ve written of yourself and seriously consider your answers. My last reflection was on the fear of failure. This reflection is about the level of commitment you have to those who want to learn Neuro-Semantics—irrespective of how many people may be in attendance.
