I am myself still finding out what my niche or niches are so I am in the process of working through what I am about to share with you. Alan Fayter made a very useful distinction (reflection #39) in Expertise (content knowledge), Eloquence (competence in delivering) and Enterprise (how to make money from it) and this article will focus on Enterprise - How you set clear frames around what you do and who you do it for/with.
What are you good at? What is your expertise? What do you love doing? In what area do you continually learn, get better, and keep up with current trends just because you love it?
What is a problem that you love solving? A problem that fascinates you and keeps you on “the edge of your seat”?
