In our last NSTT in Bali this year, I noticed how important is to do a good demonstrations of each one of the APG and NLP patterns. It is a whole skill to be developed with constant practice and with immediate feedback from some of our Trainer colleagues. The problem I have been seeing repeatedly is that many of the trainers they think they are doing a good demonstration, when, in fact, they are not. So then some of the questions that arise are these: How can I know if my demonstrations are in a good standard? What criteria do I use in order to measure how effective am I demonstrating? What do I have to focus when doing a demonstration?

Let me give you some clues. First, we repeat once and again (and again) that what we need to focus on is on demonstrating the process, and not on achieving the client’s goal. So let me give you some preventing frames about what I just wrote.
