THE VALUE BEYOND THE OBVIOUS OF NEURO-SEMANTICS
I could say that those who are trained at NSTT so we become part of this growing community, we know and recognize the great value that we add with the model we use to coach and train our clients and audiences.
I could say that those who are trained at NSTT so we become part of this growing community, we know and recognize the great value that we add with the model we use to coach and train our clients and audiences. If not everyone, I think most of us have clear that this is not a model full of pre-established theories and recipes to treat all people as if they were clones or "bricks on the wall," as Pink Floyd expresses in his album, "The Wall." On the contrary, the model with which we work, is a unique, systemic and integral model.
What do I base myself to affirm the above? For example, we work not only with performance, with new and better behaviors so that people and organizations work better, become more efficient and obtain more and better results, but we also work with the internal world of our clients, with their representational construct, this is, with their belief system, especially with cultural and social beliefs and/or paradigms.
