The community of Neuro-Semantics is huge. We have trainers all over the world. But why are so few teaching Practitioner, and even less teaching Master Practitioner? I think there are a few reasons:

At NSTT, the entire training has (by necessity) to be based on some kind of model – and that model is APG. At NSTT we rehearsed to train just one pattern from APG – a whole three day course. Imagine then, how daunting for a new trainer to think of running three full days at once … let alone Practitioner or Master Practitioner!

But these are ‘internal’ reasons, around perceptions of our ability and the concept of ‘training’, after all those on NSTT will have been through NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner so should know a fair bit of NLP. So the question remains; why do so few trainers train Practitioner and Master Practitioner?
