COVID-19 is the filter through which everything seems to be happening in the world today. And it has forced us as trainers to make some changes. Part of this is that the ISNS leadership team has been working on formats for taking Neuro-Semantic trainings online.

I am lucky here in New Zealand that we are no longer under lock down and the coronavirus has been largely contained so I am back to running face to face trainings. But watching the news it seems the rest of the world is not so lucky as me, and my heart goes out to you all.

With the current situation in mind, what are you doing as an individual trainer to maintain your business? Despite being a technophobe and much preferring face to face training, I have been running short online courses for a few years now so have somewhat gotten to grips with technology. So, I'm posing the questions: What technology do you need to get a handle on or refine in order to continue your work as a trainer? What principles do you need to take on in order to present in different ways?
