Training: a tool for self-actualization

Whenever we are with a group we have the chance to become aware of our many shadows and unfinished business. Training with intention can be a tool for transformation. We need to be at choice and to be able to go into our three, four or more top states while we are giving a training , but first and foremost we need to be opened and to embrace with acceptance and curiosity every feeling, thought and memory that comes to mind during the process itself.

When we encounter different faces and styles, we are about to recognize triggers that can be used to discover our hidden frames, among other things. We do develop as human beings in relationship with others, there is no other way. Our reactions to others are expressions of the type of world we live in.

When we train we are exposed to a dozen of facets and reactions from others that help us to realize triggers and states that we would not experience otherwise. Groups are far too common the expression of our emotional flexibility or our lack thereof.
