What training have you attended that you remember the most? What do you remember about it? What do you see, hear and feel when you think back of the memories of that training?

I’ve attended many, many trainings. And I remember so few of them. I would have flashes of images—who I was with, what we ate, what the speaker looked like, what was projected on the screen. I remember how I felt about many of them—some good, some bad. The ones that are etched in my memory are the ones that appealed to my senses, to my mind, and to a specific issue I was dealing with. This got me to think, what do we need to do to make our trainings more impactful and memorable in a good way? I realized our first module Coaching Essentials, gives us a lot of the answers. Here are some NLP concepts I apply to trainings I run with the intention of making it more enjoyable and more impactful.
