YOU CANNOT NOT SHOW YOUR SOUL ON YOUR FACE

As Neuro-Semantic Trainers we really need to be on top of our frames, and our game both on and off the stage. Specifically, we must have our ‘States’ I.Q. switched on for every single second of our lives and of every single training that we deliver in this field. To not do, and be this is detrimental to your longevity in this training field.

So, why be at the top our State game? Because, at the heart of it, it’s what we impart —it is what we teach. As such we are not only the deemed experts in the content, we are, more importantly, the exemplars of our content. This field is particularly demanding in the sense that our people learn from us both directly, and indirectly through osmosis. Our participants, therefore, require from us, and look to us for quality content, and the demonstration of the content. In this reflection, Im not so concerned about the delivery of the content as I am our demonstration of what we teach.
