A COLLABORATION MODEL

Although I know that the main theme of what I am writing in this reflection I have written before, I consider it as something vitally important to do, because it implies presenting you a model of collaboration that we would like to repeat in all the institutes of Neuro-Semantics around the world.

Although I know that the main theme of what I am writing in this reflection I have written before, I consider it as something vitally important to do, because it implies presenting you a model of collaboration that we would like to repeat in all the institutes of Neuro-Semantics around the world.

Since the first years in which we started to certify the Meta-Coaching System in Mexico, we have done it in collaboration. The first time the Meta-Coaching System was done, Omar Salom was the sponsor and he invited me, first as a participant to learn the model. The second time, Omar returned to be the sponsor and this time he invited me to be a team leader and benchmarker. After that I participated 3 or 4 times as part of the assist team before going to NSTT and get my certification as Neuro-Semantics Trainer.

Once I qualified as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer, Omar invited me and Emilia Coria to become co- sponsors of ACMC module 3 certification. Since then, we have added more people, inviting trainers not only to send people to module 3, but also to be part of the business as sponsors.
