One of my personal challenges has been the business side of Training and Coaching. I love to coach people through amazing and profound changes and follow their development and lead a group as a Trainer and be a part of the transformational magic of Neuro-Semantics. I love to talk about it, to discuss, dissect, apply, test and challenge. That’s the really fun part of my business.

I have been less enthusiastic about the business of the business— book keeping, marketing, selling, having a business plan, a long term vision, structure and all the rest that make the business professional and make it possible to actually make a living from all the fun stuff. I have focused on the business side as an “employee”… something that I have to do, so there are lots of blindspots to find and take care of.

I have decided to give myself permission to be as curious about the business of my business as I am in learning more about and getting better at Neuro-Semantics. So in order to do that I needed external resources … not books. I already have a book case full of unread books on business building, selling, marketing etc.
