(Thinking out loud about the Spirit of NS)

The term “politics” fundamentally refers to the idea of who we are and how we live together, how we relate. As trainers, our form of facilitation in a training is political in this sense. Why? How? How we relate and facilitate a training sets frames regarding who we are as human beings and how we relate to one another. And in this, when we facilitate a training, we are relating to people. What we are doing is not something apart from that.

So for us trainers, our training is for people, people are not for our trainings. That’s why we need to adapt and adjust what we bring for each individual. Our job is not merely to be reproductive video machines of content. We are people sharing life and healthy forms of relating.
