There are a lot of different processes that are active when training. I would like to explore some of these through applying the Matrix Model to you as a Trainer, the Participants and the something that is happening in between, which is the Relationship. In doing this I want to highlight a “simple” system of processes going on in the training room. A training is a highly systemic experience as the parts interact and create something greater through that interaction. How aware are you right now about the systemic nature of trainings? This goes beyond your skills as a trainer, the content of your training and the results in newfound knowledge and skills for the participants.
