This Trainers reflection will be one of five Trainer’s Reflections where I’ll focus on how to elevate your credibility as a trainer. There are specific components that definitely lower your credibility in the training room. Knowing what they and making the appropriate corrections will positively enhance your professional appearance, and bring long term value to you as a trainer. By making a concentrated effort to minimise each of the five I’ll write about, will greatly improve how you are perceived by your delegates and how well your presentation is received.

Have you been in an training where the trainer set a time for an exercise and they allowed it to take much longer than they said it would? Have you been told your morning break will be 15 minutes long and 22 minutes later they still haven’t called you back?
