THE PREPARATION OF A TRAINER
How do we understand the concept of "preparation?”
How do we understand the concept of "preparation?” How do you?
Some coaches understand that "to be prepared" is actually beginning to organize the material several days ahead of time. Our idea of preparation implies a series of dispositions and routine attitudes that maintain our freshness while learning as we teach. In reality, there are 7 dimensions in the preparation of a NS trainer:
1. The study and the investigation in a consistent manner each day in the field that you have chosen.
2. The application in your own life, in specific situations, of what you are teaching.
3. The design of graphics, diagrams and stories that make what you are teaching easier to understand.
4. The observation of the routine reality viewed from the dimensions in which you train and how you want to teach.
5. The review and renewing of your social panorama as the trainer.
6. The alignment of your intentions and your vision with the actual act of training.
7. The review of the material one day previous to the event.
