To experience greater levels of success in the field of Neuro-Semantics as trainers, we need to establish an active relationship between ourselves, the trainee, and Neuro-Semantics. To achieve this, our training design and methodology must incorporate questioning as a process of Neuro- Semantics along with applied learning strategies, and a set of thinking skills and behaviours to encourage our trainees towards learning in a ‘hands on’ way.

So, Is Neuro-Semantics a NOUN or a VERB?

I believe that how we as trainers answer this question can sway or determine how we teach and how we leave Neuro-Semantics with our participants. Without a doubt, my answer is that Neuro- Semantics is a not just the name over the door. Neuro-Semantics is, in short, our modus operandi in terms of how we make meaning purposefully to translate into quality performance. While I suspect most of you will agree, the mistake I believe we can make is not to know this is true, but to transfer that into the way in which we design or deliver our trainings.
