Wouldn’t it be nice to know everything? To be able to answer those tough questions that are asked of you, and answer them definitively? Wouldn’t that be a great position to be in? Where you have the ability to comprehensively answer every question you’re asked in a training, with ease?

I know some trainers who have this as a criteria. What I mean is they think they need to be able to answer every question that’s asked of them, and if they do not, it affects their credibility. How do you feel when you are asked a question that is either very difficult or out of your field of understanding? What do you do? How do you respond when this happens? And it’s likely to happen sooner or later. It’s certainly happened to me and likely to happen to me numerous times in the near future. Take a moment to think about it. How do you actually respond when asked a really difficult question?
