We cannot deny that the pandemic is creating several ravages and serious problems that, in many cases, are also great opportunities for innovation. One of the fields that has been seriously affected by the pandemic is around face-to-face training. On the other hand, the same impact has opened an opportunity for online training.

Although the opportunity to offer our online training services opened up as a result of the pandemic, it is also undeniable that in a very short time the market was saturated. In other words, there began to be an excessive supply that, in my opinion, exceeded the demand. Today I receive around six emails a day offering me online courses— several of them were for free. In the same way, when I check my Facebook, I find at least eight offers of courses and online training, some free and some at a cost.
