How many times have you had a troubler in your trainings?

How do you deal with them? Do you know when to ask someone to leave?

I have more than 15 years training NLP and Neuro-Semantics processes and that means I have had so many and so different kind of participants. I would say that; at least each 10 trainings I have had a troubler participant trying to undermine my job or trying to influence negatively to the rest of the group. When I think of this, I bring to my mind two very special exmples.

The first case was a lady I was running a training that was exclusively designed for women. So I was training 60 ladies to empower themselves and I was the only man in that room. By the way, this was on purpose: A man training women to empower themselves and to “emancipate from the yoke of men.” That was a way of breaking paradigms.
