This reflection is a follow-up to Colin’s Reflection last week called "What happens after NSTT?" If you haven’t already read it, please read it before this one. I thought I'd share some of my experience and insights on what it takes to be on the path of developing the skill-sets that operate on a 3.0 level of competence in the platform and presentation skills. Not all trainers want to, or need to, develop their skills to that level, and hopefully you will still get some ideas or inspiration that fits your circumstances and goals as a professional Neuro-Semantic trainer.

I'll start with being perfectly honest. I do not operate at a level 3.0 ...not yet. So I have a lot of work to do to "begin doing more of that and at a higher level" and a lot of "stop doing that altogether." Nothing has come easy for me on the Master Trainer pathway. Everything is hard work and a there's plenty of "I need to stretch in an area that I didn’t even knew I had."
