Anders Wallin and I just finished a Meta-NLP Master Practitioner in Sweden (our fifth together) and in my opinion it was our best one yet.
I have reflected on something that I find to be very interesting lately, and this is of course only my perspective on the topic and not "the truth".
I started writing a reflection on “The art and skill of framing” and then I realized, instead of going all technical on that topic how about setting a larger frame by closing the book on 2013 and set a direction for the year ahead instead?
There are a lot of different processes that are active when training.
In my last reflection (#32) I talked about the differences in mindsets and attitudes between an entrepreneur and an employee, especially in relation to time and being proactive.
When I graduated from NSTT I had no experience of doing trainings and in order to get real experience I wanted to collaborate with other trainers.
I did the Self-Actualisation trainings in Hong Kong last November, and I have been working to wrap my head around the material both for myself and for other contexts like training and coaching.
Disclaimer: My hope is that everything in this article is unnecessary, irrelevant and shooting way off the mark for Neuro-Semantic Trainers.
A couple of days ago me and Anders Wallin, that I do Neuro-Semantics and NLP-trainings together with in Sweden, did a Masterclass for some of the Master Practitioners that we have trained during the years.
