In Trainers Reflection #4 this year, titled Quality and Quantity, I talked about the problems of selling longer, in-depth, in-person trainings in an on-line-instant-gratification world.
Ok, so you know the content of the material you’re teaching.
Craftsmen and craftswomen of old were restricted in that, with basic hand tools it took time, effort and skill to produce quality products that would stand the test of time.
This reflection may step slightly outside of the trainer’s domain, but I'll offer the link that being educated as trainers and knowing about your audience are an important part of being a Neuro- Semantic trainer.
As a trainer, how good are your presenting skills?
As trainers, we know about incorporation or utilisation, it’s a form of reframing— taking something that happens in the training room and using it as a teaching point, this can be done either deliberately or spontaneously.
There's a huge distinction between ‘be the best and ‘do your best’.
Effective training facilitation is both art and science.

I've been watching a few training videos lately and have noticed that's some trainers/instructors will either teach too broad or too narrow for their audience.

As this is the last trainer's reflection for 2020, we can now reflect on some very hard lessons learned during the year and start to look ahead to 2021.
We do our NLP and Neuro-Semantics Trainers Training so that we can learn the skills of a trainer.
COVID-19 is the filter through which everything seems to be happening in the world today.
I've been pondering what to write in this trainers’ reflection.

As a Neuro-Semantic trainer, you obviously run trainings.
I was running an evening of Unleashing Vitality last week and one of the students (who wants to do Practitioner) commented that she “wanted to be just like Alan.”
